Vacuuming the "middle" bedroom. She was a fastidious housewife. A Saturday morning ritual for she and her three daughters was housecleaning. This frazzled look was not uncommon. She arose each morning about 5:00 am and stayed busy until after supper. (The main meal, referred to as dinner, was at noon each day). |
